An iconic design from a design icon, full stop.  This Elsa Peretti Open Heart ring is one of those designs that never gets old — fluid, elegant, and unmistakably Tiffany.  Crafted in 18k yellow gold, the sculptural heart-cutout features a hand-drawn aesthetic, a signature of Peretti’s organic, body-aware design aesthetic.

The Open Heart motif was introduced in 1974, during Elsa Peretti’s groundbreaking early years at Tiffany & Co., and quickly became one of her most recognizable jewelry designs.

About the Designer
Elsa Peretti joined Tiffany & Co. in the early 1970s and completely changed the landscape of modern jewelry.  Her designs were radical at the time — soft where others were rigid, sensual where others were formal.  Inspired by nature and the human form, Peretti’s work remains some of the most collected and enduring in Tiffany’s history.
