Where do I park?

Private parking is available at PacMutual, alternative options at Pershing Square or the ATT building. Parking ranges from $15-$20

What if I need a longer appointment?

Typically the 45 minute window is sufficient, but in case you feel you need more time - please send us an email and we could book you a longer slot.

I'm running late, should I reschedule?

Our schedule is typically fully booked back-to-back. We understand that delays can happen; however, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened. If there is no appointment scheduled immediately after yours, we’ll gladly extend your time when possible.

What can I expect at my appointment?

We are not your traditional "show room". Not all of our inventory is out on display, so we ask that you let us know beforehand what you would like to see in your appointment notes. We'll have everything pulled and prepared for you upon arrival!

Do you allow double bookings?

Due to the nature of our appointments, we are unable to allow double bookings, as we can only accommodate a limited number of parties at a time. Each appointment is scheduled to provide ample time for you to view pieces and ask any questions you may have.
