Plique-a-jour enamel is a beautiful manufacturing technique which acts like a stained glass window - the enamel is applied in individual cells with no backing material so that the light shines through the colorful glass. When applied to jewelry, the result is a beautiful piece, rich in color. This anchor is exactly that, Italian in origin and in the perfect size/proportion.
