Truth be told, this was held for ransom by yours truly for several weeks - I wanted to keep it for myself until my hand was slapped away by the team (ha!).  I adore everything about it - the size, the scale, the Maltese style, and best of all, the fact that its in great shape for its age and still in its original box!  Perfect as-is (a brooch), but I do opine that she will be better shown as a pendant.
