Beautiful, rich red rubies are encased in a heart-shaped crystal - the famous crowned heart motif!

The crowned heart motif dates back centuries and has long symbolized love held above all else — devotion, loyalty, and a heart worthy of a crown. It was especially popular during the Georgian and Victorian eras, when jewelry wasn’t just decorative; it told a story.

This piece was once a locket, but it has since soldered closed. If the buyer wishes, we can remove the soldered piece to allow it to open once more.
