The heart motif drop can be worn as a pendant for your more "casual: days - all studded with super chunky, super bright old mine cuts, with a juicy antique pear to rule them all. The back is a rock crystal quartz in excellent condition.
The heart connects easily to a bow brooch, which then also connects to another diamond studded bale.
