We love ourselves anything convertible in these parts and so when we came across this a drop convertible pendant, we were equal parts intrigued and enamored!  With a "patent pending" stamp, this jewel converts from a heart shaped pendant and when "opened" up, turns into a drop pendant with decorative wings!  Beyond charming and such a fun piece.

The antique pear shaped diamond is bright and chunky, in a surround of mixed old cuts.
