One of the prettiest Victorian bracelets we have the pleasure of owning! The cobalt blue enamel is in excellent condition with the brightest cobalt blue color. accented by chunky old mine cut diamonds and a puffed heart dangling from its mouth, giving soft movement on the wrist.
