A vintage solid 14kt gold pill box with a fluted design, and you feel the quality the moment you hold it. Gold pill boxes have been carried for centuries, first for powders, perfume pastilles and tablets, and later as refined little vanity accessories (and quiet status symbols).

Use it for pills, mints or tiny treasures, or let us add a bail so you can wear it on a chain. Practical, beautiful and oh-so chic.
