One of designer Elsa Peretti's most iconic designs for Tiffany $ Co. Peretti's Bone cuff was introduced in 1970 for Tiffany & Co. It was a revolutionary piece that broke with convention by using silver, which was rarely used in fine jewelry at the time. The cuff's design is fluid and organic, with a domed area to accommodate the wrist bones. It's sculpted to conform to the wearer's wrist. The Bone cuff is considered one of the most important and influential pieces in jewelry history (and you can see why!).
