Herbert Rosenthal was a mid-century American jeweler best known for his iconic diamond bee brooches. Starting in the 1940s, he made a name for himself with playful yet luxe insect and animal pins—crafted in 18k gold, diamonds, and gems. His bee designs became so popular in the ‘60s and ‘70s, he even copyrighted them. Today, his vintage brooches are collector favorites!
This bee brooch is a classic Rosenthal, set with colorful, lush turquoise and diamonds with rby eyes. Gorgeous craftsmanship and details! A fabulous collector's piece.
