Elsa Peretti's Open Heart is one of Tiffany & Co.'s most recognizable designs, and the story behind it is a good one: Peretti was inspired by the work of British sculptor Henry Moore, after seeing a heart in the void of one of his sculptures. This is the medium size in 18kt yellow gold on an 18-inch chain. Sculptural, simple, and as sweet on day one as on day ten thousand.

Items are returnable within our 3 day unconditional return window,
unless they've been altered or sized in any way, therefor making it a FINAL SALE.

This includes all layaway & custom orders which are considered FINAL SALES.

Layaway

All pieces require a 25% non-refundable deposit.
