We are endlessly inspired by vintage chunky gold donut bands and find ourselves chasing that same heft and presence when making our own in-house pieces. We knew this bright and happy old mine cut diamond needed a home that was equally as charming, so we landed on this combination of a tension and a flush setting. The diamond sits in the horizontal orientation and offers up a beautiful spread across the top of one's finger. The hold band itself is present and bold with a great weight to boot. We'd love to see this ring as a non-traditional engagement option, or a "just-for-fun" ring.
