This gorgeous piece came to us without its center stone and was going to be picked apart for the diamonds. Having a soft spot for these "orphans," of course we had to adopt him and allow him to shine as he must have in his heyday. A little clean up here and there and voila - the most handsome and sparkly maltese cross pendant we ever did see! those antique pears cut diamonds dotting the piece in the NSEW orientation are all icy white and sparky like the dickens to boot! I imagine her strung on a longer antique chain - tres chic!
