The 4ct club is growing here at JbyG HQ! This one we're particularly excited about, and for a multitude of reasons. First of all, this delicious old mine cut has chunky facets similar to an Old European cut, which indicates it was cut during the transitional period between the OMCs and OECs. It has a soft, slightly elongated shape and a 57% depth, meaning that you get a stone that appears to be closer to 5ct visually. She's a GIA M SI1, but incredibly bright and absolutely eye clean - we'd actually never guess these specs belong to this stone! We set it in a two-tone antique setting which we had been saving for a special diamond and they work together beautifully. The gallery details are so special - she's got charm coming from every angle.
