Truly one of the prettiest vintage emerald cuts we have acquired of late.  This is my favorite shape for the step cuts - deep clipped corners, sharp contrast zones, that charming culet.  Acquired from the East Coast in its original art deco era mounting (sadly no longer available after the stone was unmounted, touched up to clean miniscule nicks and chips, and sent to GIA).

I can only imagine and dream how beautiful this diamond would be once set - the possibilities are truly endless.  The diamond is 100% eye-clean and faces up like an I color to boot!
