The Art Deco period has always been one of my favorite eras in jewelry and when this antique asscher cut halo ring came across my desk, I was instantly smitten! The diamond is a gorgeous step cut with a small culet and longer "windmills" which make the diamond appear very similar to that coveted French cut diamond. A very bright and white diamond, set in its original platinum mounting with old European cut melee all through out. Such an elegant look on the finger - the perfect engagement ring or right hand ring. The mounting is 100% hand-crafted with hand-applied milgrain and engraving.
