Incredibly elegant in its simplicity, this ring by James de Givenchy of Taffin is a joy to behold. While the NYC-based designed is best known for his intricate works and use on unconventional and unique materials, its truly more difficult to execute the simple designs as flaws have nowhere to hide. Simple, clean lines with 4 claw prongs cradle the antique pear in place, sleek and fluid. Low set on the finger, the look is timeless and chic.
The diamond is chunky, with the face up color or antique lace in most lighting conditions, and a cool ivory in others. Bright, full of life and fire!
