Well, back in the Victorian times, they were used to hold under garments in place (the horror and shame of having one's brasserie peeking out!), and sometimes even scarves and the like. Always decorative in styling, they often had small gemstones, pearls and other decorative accents. But of course, even your lingerie set is from Tiffany & Co, it would have diamonds! These are very special - a set of 5 pins in onyx, and set with the prettiest old European cut diamonds, with a known weight of 1.42ctw. And the best and most charming part? they came to us in their original Tiffany & Co box!
